1. Your feet walk you around every day; pay them back by moisturising them after you shower and giving them a bit of a massage
  2. Wear the appropriate shoes for your chosen activity: working, running, tennis or netball etc. Each activity comes with different demands on your feet, so make sure they are adequately supported and protected.
  3. Wear a clean and dry pair of socks everyday.
  4. Exercise: get at least 30 minutes of activity every day to help keep the muscles in your legs strong and to allow plenty of circulation to your feet.
  5. Keep your nails short. If your get ingrown nails or have problems cutting your nails then come visit us and we can educate you on the appropriate way to cut them.
  6. Try not to keep your nail polish on for weeks. Nail polish works as an insulator for bacteria. Take off your nail polish and give your nails a bit of a break.
